What are the two leg designs?

The Mix & Match comes with a choice of two leg styles — the Rex or the Klos — so you can set the character of the table before it's made. 

What's it made from?

100% solid European oak, finished with a natural hardwax oil. It's solid wood throughout — no veneer — so each table has its own grain, knots and character, and develops a richer patina over time.

Why does the table have knots and cracks?

Because it's natural solid timber, each tabletop has its own knots and natural markings — that's part of what makes every table individual, not a flaw. It's the character of real oak.

Can it be sanded and refinished?

Yes — because it's solid oak, the tabletop can be sanded back and refinished whenever needed, restoring its original surface. It's one of the advantages of solid wood over veneer, and part of why it lasts for decades.

What sizes does it come in?

Six lengths, from 200cm up to 300cm — so it scales from a family table to one for a big gathering. See the dimensions above for the full list.

What finishes are available?

Ten hardwax-oil finishes, so each table is tailored to your interior. Get in touch about the finishes and any customisation.

Does it come in other shapes?

How long will I be waiting?

It can take between 8 and 10 weeks from the beginning of production to delivery. Because it's made to order, it's built fresh to your size, leg and finish. 

Do you deliver and assemble it?

Yes — we offer free delivery and assembly across Ireland. Feel free to review our Delivery Policy. 

Can I see it before I order?

No, we have other Mix and Matches made of the same wood on display in our showroom, like the Oval with Rex legs and the rectangular with A leg. Book a consultation or feel free to visit our showroom so we can advise you and show you wood samples. 

Do I have to pay it all upfront?

Not at all. Pay in full if you'd rather, or spread it — a 50% deposit gets your order started, and we invoice the balance only once your table is ready to deliver. 

How to Care for Your Mix & Match Dining Table

For regular care, dust with a dry, soft cloth. To clean or remove spills, use a damp cloth with a mild natural soap and dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth. Take care not to saturate the wood and wipe up spills promptly to prevent staining or moisture damage.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and scouring pads. To protect the surface, use coasters, placemats, and mats, as excessive heat and repeated daily use can damage the finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight to help preserve the beauty and durability of your solid wood furniture for years to come.
